Another morning of packing the rucksacks up & last breakfast in Argentina before heading off to the airport in Brazil. This felt strange having to cross borders again before we even flew! Another change in currency & language change before we flew to Rio eek! Such an amazing city we couldn’t wait to get there & see the sights but a bit apprehensive again as we have been warned about safety in Brazil! The flight was only just over an hour & we landed mid afternoon it was red hot, we got an Uber go to the hotel & literally ran straight up to the pool & roof terrace! The views over Copacabana were amazing, sugarloaf mountain was in the distance with Christ the redeemer in the background wow what a city! We enjoyed a few drinks & had a meal in the hotel restaurant, then caught up with everyone at home
