Hey!
Dr. Horsewood's class went fine and afterwards, I went and ate lunch. They had salmon and mayonnaise again, gross....so I just went for the salad bar and a delicious roll. After lunch, I decided to study as much as possible. I basically just started re-typing my notes...and there are a ton of them. I kind of got a lot done, but I still have a bunch to finish. After studying for a little bit, I decided to go top-up my phone (get more minutes). I only put a small amount on it, since I will be back in the States so soon. On my way back, I just had to stop at the Covered Market and get myself a Ben's Cookie. Well, I got 2, so that would make it cookies, haha. They had peanut butter and chocolate chip, so I could NOT refuse that. I also got my regular triple chocolate chip...with 2 large white chocolate chips on top. Those things are just great for my health, but if you were here, you would get them everyday too! It's hard to resist when they are a 2 minute walk from Jesus College. Anyways, when I got back to my room, I studied a bit more and facebook chatted. Facebook is such a huge distraction....I should really just unplug my internet. Every person I have talked to that has been on past Nebraska at Oxford programs has said that the finals aren't as bad as everything thinks they will be, so it has been hard for me to study so much. Everyone here is freaking out though, so it's made me freak out too! I think I will be fine because I have all afternoon today, the entire day tomorrow and then for Horsewoods..Thursday after Holmes' final.
After studying all afternoon, I went to dinner, which was alright. It wasn't the best, but I did save some money by staying in. I can make do. After dinner, I came back to my room and finished typing a days worth of notes and tried to decide if I was going to do anything that night. None of the girls were going out, so I decided to just stay in. It was probably good for me though, because I was able to put all of my pictures on facebook...which should eliminate that distraction when I study today. I will eventually put pictures on here from my entire trip, I just need to get around to it. It might not be until I get home, but I promise they will be up soon! I love putting up pictures on facebook, because I love taking candids...and everyone always gets embarrassed. I am capable of capturing some funny moments. :) Anyways, after that, I went to bed, got up this morning and went to breakfast.
Holmes' class was a shorter one today, because we had to do evaluations and he talked about the final. It was my last Political Economy of Britain class at Oxford...it went so fast! Now, I am in between classes and about to go to my last International Economics class with Dr. Horsewood. It's so strange that I am done with lectures today. The 1st week went so slow and I loved it, but after that, it all flew by! I feel like we just got here and now we have to go home. :(
Well, I guess that is all for today. There has been nothing exciting since yesterday, so I am sure I bored all of you, but thanks for reading anyway! Here is something exciting..I think my sinus infection is almost gone! ;) Alright, talk to you all later and see you soon!
