Visited the surfing town of Byron Bay, didn't try to surf just watched the pros. We walked around the town and to all the lookout points. Walked upto the lighthouse and even made it to Australia's most easterly point. We camped whilst we were there, it felt like we were sleeping on concrete - we could feel our bones scraping the floor all night - all the experiences we get being a backpacker!
