Kia Ora from New Zealand!

Well, it has taken me a little while to find time to get on a computer to update the blog! New Zealand is stunning and there is sooo much to do.

So, after saying Bye to Andy at Sydney Airport, he flew home while I flew out to Christchurch to see my Uncle. I met Marina, a Brazilian student and we decided to rent a campervan and travel round the South Island together. We started our journey two weeks ago and we have driven around the South Island seeing snow capped mountains, lakes, glaciers and spectacular beaches. It has been fantastic!

When we reached Queenstown we stayed at Marina's friends flat which was great. The guys showed us around the town and the crazy bars. I tried skiing which was really fun apart from the falling over. Ouch.

Today we are tramping the Kaikoura peninsula to see more seals and wildlife along the coast, before we drive back to Christchurch tomorrow.
