Oh, how I have missed Australia!

After a fab month in New Zealand I arrived in Melbourne today, one day later than planned thanks to flight delays causing me to miss my connecting flight :( That's never fun!

I have been a bit slack with my updates on here, so I will fill you in on what I have been doing...I absolutely loved NZ! Marina and I had two weeks driving around the South Island, we went tramping, skiing, touched a glacier, saw pancake rocks, seals, relaxed in thermal hot springs, but sadly we did not see any penguins!

Even though it was springtime, the weather was a little colder than what I had packed for, so I did splash out on a couple of trendy woolly hats! Nice. No doubt I will need them back in England.

Melbourne is gorgeous and sunny today, I had a stroll along the southbank and Federation Square. There is lots to do, and of course Melbourne is home to NEIGHBOURS!! Oh the excitement! Look out for the pictures after this weekend when I watch Dr Karl and his band performing at The Wheelbarrow. Woop woop!! x
