So today im off on the Neighbours tour. After booking it for 8.30am i changed it to 12.30 and then changed it back...so lets see whether im ok to go on the first cos im pretty sure ive confused them all?! Gonna go shopping after that, after having a disaster with a vest top strap snapping and having to use a HUGE safety pin to hold it together. I also am running out of tops before i do washing, which just wont do now will it?
Yesterday I went to Melbourne Zoo. Never been to a zoo before i dont think? How random is that?! Anyway, for a first timer, i actually quite enjoyed it. Like the little penguins the best (yes Mum, i got to see the little penguins...in the zoo and the wild! A little man showed me one hiding behind rocks in St Kilda....the only highlight of St Kilda for me!) I have many photos again but stupid facebook wont let me upload them. Ummm, i went to St Kilda after getting a bit lost coming out the zoo and getting an old lady to help me find a tram back to the city. St Kilda is a little beach town. They dropped us off like a mile from the centre because of a gay pride parade and i was being pestered by an 18 yr old Thai boy called Stang?! Hmmm, anyway i shook him off in the crowds thankfully. Strange wee lad. I got burnt by this point and now im in agony. My feet are bright red with stripes and my shoulders are burnt too. Not good. I will not be doing that again. After St Kilda, i basically spent the night suffering and putting aftersun on. I cant wait to leave this hostel now cos i have a room full of South Koreans. Literally 6 of them and they want another to join them today. Brilliant. Cant understand a word theyre saying and convinced the girls hate me. I leave tomorrow morning thankfully.
Cant think of anything else. Apart from I did meet a nice German boy who came last night. Bless, he was so cute. Came an hugged me goodbye this morning as he's leaving for hospital accomodation whilst he does practice there or something? Oh and Sunni and Louise have left too so hope I dont get anymore idiots in my room who dont think about people trying to sleep and blast hairdryers at 1.30 in the morning!

sarah i sound mean about the South Koreans for no reason... apologies, its not cos of where theyre from. They just keep talking when people are sleeping and putting lights on, propping doors open and generally being unsociable to everyone not in their group. x
Pauline & Claudia You sound like you are having an action packed time on your travels. I can't believe you've not been to a zoo before, wait till I speak to your mum next! We are enjoying reading your blog. I bet you don't have much time to read Twilight. Take care and hope you get more considerate room mates at your next stop. x x x
Cathy Gudday! Brisbane Zoo is Steve Irwin's zoo although he doesn't wrestle crocodiles any more! It's supposed to be a good one to visit. Yes and I agree with Pauline, Meryl no zoo!!! Have a great time and stay safe from the spiders , snakes and good looking lifeguards.yummy!! xxx
Sarah Haha, yeah tell my mum off! Totally neglected (although i do have a terrible memory so she may correct me?...mum?!) Oh dont get me started on good looking men Cathy. I met Stu from Neighbours yesterday. What a hottie! Haha! Oh and ive finished the first Twilight Pauline. Loved it! xxx
