Very calm seas today, and the thick overnight fog has cleared. Beautiful sunny day at sea.

Went to an informational lecture regarding St John's, Newfoundland, "The Rock", our last stop before heading to NJ. It is the oldest city in North America. Half-hour time zone difference tonight.

Eastern coast is "glacier alley". This is my second visit to Newfoundland; last was in 2014 on motorcycle trip. So, it will be interesting to see it from the sea this time.

John Cabot sailing "The Mathew" discovered. Canada's youngest province -1947. Whole province is Newfoundland and Labrador.
