Time to leave Osaka, we have really enjoyed it here! We left the hotel early to catch our limited Express RapiT train for Kansei airport and checked in for our flight to Sapporo. A short time in the lounge and we were on our way. Snow, here we come!

After a comfortable flight during which they fed us copious amounts of consommé soup we landed in Hokkaido. It was so easy to arrive as a domestic passenger, no queuing up for visas, just collect your luggage and out. We registered for our coach to Club Med and then bought sandwiches and beers for the journey. Then it was onto the coach, sit back and relax!

We arrived at the resort in the early afternoon so plenty of time to unpack and get some washing done before dinner. As usual there were mostly new faces amongst the staff, but also some old timers looking to catch up in the bar after dinner.

The snow looks beautiful, looking forward to a great week!
