We have spent an amazing week at Club Med Sahoro on the island of Hokkaido in Japan. Simon, Sonia and myself (Amanda) have had such fun! On the slopes we have experienced all weathers and conditions from blue skies and sunshine and crisp, crunchy snow to swirling arctic storms and two feet of powder. We have benefited from having excellent lessons from many different instructors, skiing for Simon and Amanda, and snowboarding for Sonia, and with their help we have all improved our skills considerably.

Meal times have been a social event in themselves with lively conversation being the order of the day. In the evenings we enjoyed the many different shows in the theatre, joining in to sing the crazy signs, and then meeting all our new friends later for drinks around the bar.

We had such a good time and never a dull moment! We met some great people and plenty of fantastic GO's too numerous to mention individually but who all played a part in giving us a brilliant time which will never be forgotten. It was so sad to say goodbye, but we will be back next year!!
