We are once again in Bangkok!
We checked in about 11.30pm on Wednesday and hit the pillows!

Samuel had an early start to go and meet his boyfriend Si at the airport, whilst I enjoyed my bed for a little longer.
First on the agenda was Pad Thai! We had been dreaming about having Pad Thai again for the last two weeks and we had to introduce Si to our favourite street food stall.
We had a little wonder around the area we have become quite familiar with. On the way we couldn't help a few little purchases on the markets. I also got convinced to have a braid in my hair... A travelling must.
The humidity of Bangkok was starting to get to us so we took Si to our favourite little bar in Bangkok. We chilled on floor mats and had a few Changs whilst the boys rekindled their bromance!
As well as being with Si, Sam and Clare, we were also meeting up with a couple of others that evening for our first night out in Bangkok. First stop was the camper van bar and then we hit a Ping Pong show! Never again but it was a tick off the list. The rest of the night was spent in Khao San Road. Si was pressured into eating a cricket so I decided I should try something. Me and Clare had a frog each and that was so good I even went for a scorpion too!
The night ended with Khao San's famous kebabs. A thousand times better than you'd ever get in England!

We don't leave until this evening so the rest of the day is going to be spent chilling. Currently we are again sat in our favourite bar with coconuts and shakes! Tomorrow morning we arrive at Koh Tao :)
