Today we were in Tonga and got to go ashore with the two families we have onboard and their children who are absolutely delightful. We headed to a small island called Pangaimotu which is a short boat ride away from Nuku Alofa. It has eight huts there, a dorm, and a restaurant along with perfect waters for snorkelling and a beach that just gets better and better when the tide goes out. It takes 15minutes to walk around the Island and the people that run the restaurant which is a hut actually live and own the island.
Just of the jetty there is a ship wreck which was quite eerie but had soem fantastic fishes swimming around.
Noah took care of us whilst we stayed on his island. We were allowed to pick fresh coconuts and he opened them for us, phots will follow real soon.
Did some snorkelling and got bitten by a yellow snapper but was convinced it was a shark at the time and it gave me some serious paplatations. Anyway Tonga was beautiful and extremely cheap too.
