Our first rainy day in Brazil. And boy did it rain. Hard. All day. Just like any beach paradise in the rain there isnt anything to do! Fortunately following the creepy man to his pousada paid out big style as our room had a DVD player and there was a DVD library, which we worked our way through! Nothing much to tell other than that!

The following day was a nice day so we made the decision to stay one more night. So we headed back to lopez mendez beach camera in hand ready for another bout of beach paradise and attempting to surf! When we arrived due to the huge amounts of bad weather the waves were huge and we were scared! After a couple of hours psyching myself up I decided to go for it. An hour later I dragged myself back to shore having been smashed about by the waves and not coming even close to getting up! We then went for a bit of an explore around the rocks at one end of the beach. This involved a lot of climbing and also a lot of posey photos see above and the photo album! In the evening we had the worlds saltiest pizza and also the largest bottle of beer ever seen(see photos).
