Well, we did it. We handed over the keys to Claire, said goodbye and were waved off from Caddington Rd by neighbours. Goodbye London!
A good trip up to Yorkshire, made it in 3 1/2 hrs including a stop for lunch. Enough time to stop in Pontefract and pick up some wine for Brenda and Malcolm.
Lovely to see them, and the garden looks incredible. Kids loved running around and playing. Good that Sam spends some time there hence some toys around the house. Laura, Mark and Sam had spent the day in Whitby so they came by on their way home. Great to see them and meet Sam, who's so big now! Had dinner with all, and Ian and Michelle over later.
