29 June 2006 I arrived in Townsville and had to take a ferry over to Magnetic Island. Was meant to be simple but I spent ages waiting waiting for Lynn who I was travelling with, then her bus dropped her at a different place to mine, then had to walk with my bag, which I am so not good at to the bus stop and get a bus to the ferry port. I went on a 3 day sailing trip around the islands. Was really good, but the weather was mainly cloudy and a really cold wind when we where sailing. We also had the choppyest sea ever! Fraser is a sand Island of the coast of Hervey bay. I went on a 3 day, 2 night camping trip around the island.
