Day 7 - Adventure day!! I had an early start as I was going Canyoneering in the morning and paddle boarding in the afternoon. I did canyoneering with two other people from our group and then lots of other tourists. The Canyoneering was very different to the canyoneering we did in Switzerland. This one was more repelling down water falls rather than sliding down them. It was a combination of repelling, absailing, zip lining, walking through the water streams, jumping into a few deep holes and a couple of other little fun things. It was a lot of fun and I would do it again for sure. Bonus again was lunch was served when we got back!!

After canyoneering I had about 2 hours to fill before heading of to do some scenic paddle boarding which entitled us to the best view of the volcano. Paddle boarding wasn't anything new to me of course it was just a matter of doing it in a really scenic place. It was a nice way to end the day.

Headed back to the hotel and had showers and got changed to go out for our last dinner in La Fortuna.
