Day 18 - another travel day and another couple of stamps in the passport. Left El Salvadore and entered into Honduras via Guatemala. Only one stop in Honduras for two nights and then onto Guatemala. Day 18 - two options for the day - climb another volcano or do a day trip to a lagoon. The two Swiss girls - Lyvia and Jacqline of course chose to hike and everyone else chose to relax in the sun and swim in the lagoon. Day 17 - woke up around 5.00am to some very loud bangs that sounded very close so a little bit of panic set in especially after what we were told yesterday about El Salvador!! Day 16 - early start as we were moving on today and it was going to be our biggest travel day of the trip - 13hrs.
