NASHVILLE! My favourite place so far, it was like walking into a Wild West film! Proper country and western with every other shop being a cowboy boot shop and inbetween those was just saloons selling liquor and each with a live musician or band. The whole city is based on country music and most of the best country artists have come from there or made it big there. It had a really nice chilled atmosphere and we all agreed that we loved it there. We wandered round for some souvenirs then sat in a saloon for a couple of hours listening to a country singer. In the evening we all met up as a group again and went to a restaurant where could have proper southern bbq (the South is famous for its bbq) and do line dancing. We all got up on the floor and were taught a little line dance which was fun then ate our bbq. I had bbq pulled pork and chicken and it was so good - if only not to be eating at a campsite with plastic utensils and gross food!
