Okay this will be short as have already tried once and photos are not uploading!!!!

After a nine hour journey we reached Yangshuo - a fantastic little town which is seriously busy, full of little bars, shops and restutants.

It is surrounded by this massive hills (see pic) apparently they were used as the inspiration for the flaoting hills in the film Avatar!! - they are very similar.

We have taken a bike ride through the villages oin the banks of the river and we have also taken a raft made out of bamboo down the river - which was great fun although we did get stuck a few times and we had to paddle once as the current was too strong for our guide.

Some of us hiked up this hill called Moon Hill which basically has a miassive hole cut through it - when we finally got to the top the view was spectacular - you could see for miles. Lots of moments I could have quite happily sat for hours just looking at the scenery.
