Time in Oz was coming to an end and we went to Adam and Anna’s place for the last weekend of our journey. The fun did not stop here and Adam and Anna took us out on his boat for a cruise on the Gold Coast with Gary and Jodi. The adventures never end and after three days we where on our way to the Whitsunday Islands. The sea is like glass, except full of fishy life and the beaches are fantasy material. We went to awesome Arlie Beach, the launching pad for a 4 day Whitsunday Island cruise on a catamaran. Fraser Island was our next destination, a 120km gigantic sandbar which is the world's largest sand island. Apparently it contains more sand than the Sahara Dessert...mmm?
