So we find ourselves in the country of butter and lamb. New Zealand is a picture wherever you look. Sheep lambs and cows are everywhere and green pastures continuing for miles and miles…it’s beautiful! We flew into Auckland and lovely Jodi and her fiancé Paul picked us up from the airport…it was a warm welcome and the first night in Auckland was spent drinking a tasty Sauvignon Blanc from Oyster bay in a café on Ponsonby Road, the hip and funky part of town, catching up on five years that has passed since we’ve seen each other.
