Wanaka
The next morning we all jumped back on the bus and headed down to Wanaka which is known for its beautiful snow capped mountains, and it did not disappoint. They were exceptional; the south island of New Zealand is just one massive mountain range, wherever you go you get quality views and scenery. Once we had checked in to our hostel we had arranged a touch rugby match on the green just outside our hostel which looked over a reflective lake and the mountains, it was 7aside and it was so nice to do some fitness again. Well when we say nice, we all nearly died but it was still fun. Ross Matthews scored 2 tries which he was happy about, the game soon turned into full contact and a few big hits went in, Brad was in his element, Ross Smith had no idea how to play so whenever he got the ball we just told him to run fast lol. After 45mins we were all shattered so decide to pack it in, that night we entered the daily pool competition but once again with no avail. Then we hit the sack early due to us arriving back in the legendary Queenstown again.
