Taupo
We left Waitomo at around 10am and headed off to Taupo which is known as the adrenaline town of the North. We arrived fairly early, around 1pm due to a lot of the bus having there skydive booked for the afternoon. Brad and Ross Smith headed off for their skydive, while Ross and a bloke called Will hired out a small motorbike. Ross and Will drove around town looking at the sites, views and looking for activities to do for the following day. We even went and saw Ross Smith and Brad take off for their skydive. All day Brad and Ross had been pooing themselves about their skydive, and finally it had come around for them both. Ross M and Will were waiting at the bottom for them, Ross S and Brad got to 12,000ft in the plane and then at the last moment the dive got called off due to poor weather. The build up was horrible for both of them, they had got in the state of mind and then they got let down and had to do it all over again the following morning. The following day they did their jump at 7.30am and they said it was the most amazing feeling they've ever experienced and can't wait to do it again soon. After the two lads had calmed down a bit after their jump we headed to Mc Donald's for brunch. Soon after we all jumped on our small motorbikes and drove out of town for around 30mins and found this amazing 9hole golf course which worked out to be 10quid for green fees and club hire. So we played for the whole afternoon in the New Zealand sun in which Bradas won pretty comfortablyJ. It was a quality day for all of us. Afterwards Ross Matthews went and found a rock climbing wall but stupidly left it too late and when he got there it was closed L but he came back and we all watched a movie with a few beers, nice and relaxed.
