Hi again,

To get to Vientaine we boarded our first prop plane which turned out to be the best flight I think we've ever had, no turbulance at all.

We landed at around 6pm local time and the temperature was still 26 degrees which was nice change from the cold streets of Hanoi. Vientaine itself is the worlds smallest capital city and seemed so relaxed. As we were still feeling ill we treated ourselves to a nice hotel for some hot water and a good night sleep.

In the morning we booked our bus to Vang Vieng which picked us up at 1.30pm. After 6hrs on bumpy semi tarmaced roads we arrived. We were greeted by hundereds of drunk Aussies due to it being Australia Day. It was carnage, people hanging off tuk tuks, people passed out on central reservations and just very noisy.....ledge!

We went to a local bar that evening but due to us both still feeling rough, we were just on the waters. We then went for dinner, skyped jordan and then got ourselves an early night :)
