We had a really nice evening with Joe, Charlotte, Josh and Suz last weekend on our way up to see Auntie Terri. We sat on the balcony sipping shandy in the warm evening sun - Portishead never looked so lovely. We were treated to an large Indian and You've Got Talent on the i-max. We saw Terri the next day still recovering in hospital from major heart surgery. She got through that okay but is having a spot of bother with a swollen knee so she's staying in for the mo. She's been away from her snug home for nearly 7 weeks and can't wait to get back. Can't think you're in a hurry to get back somehow.

Everything fine here. All waiting for Gordon to step down or call a general election but he wont do either. Half the cabinet have now resigned and he's just had an emergency reshuffle. Can only be a matter of time now.

Weather here has been brilliant last few days, lots of long lazy mojitos in the hammock have been aplenty.
