Today my classroom was the air and the sea.

Today we went on a cruise and airplane and gondola and mountain.

Here is what I think about the cruise that I went on.

It was a one-hour cruise and my favorite part was one time we went right under a waterfall and I was outside so I got soaking wet!

Here is what I think about the airplane.

We went on the airplane 2 times. The first time we were flying for 35-40 minutes. And I was sitting with my dad. The second time I was in the front with the pilot.

The scariest bit was when the airplane would drop down like in an elevator.

Once I got back from doing that stuff we hiked up a mountain with no fear because they have no snakes in New Zealand. Right when I got off the mountain I realized that was the first time I have ever climbed a full real mountain. At the top we had a wonderful buffet just waiting for me. (The desert was great!) To get back down off the mountain we took the gondola. My mom and me were in one gondola and the first thing we saw was the Southern Cross constellation in the sky. You can only see it south of the equator so it is really special for me to remember. We could also see the milky way. Guess what, I was really lucky because my Mom described it good enough so I could actually understand what it was and see it. In the sky you have a nice dark blue sky at night then the milk way is a strip of a lighter color that goes all through one strip of the sky.

PS. I am sad to tell you that you can't eat it.
