Hi there. Made it safely to Charlotte and Aiden's in Kuala Lumpur last wednesday. Connie's growing up fast and is keeping us very entertained with lessons in house-building and i've almost memorised all the words to the Barney theme tune this morning! We're currently enjoying some of their many home comforts... big sofas, tv, a fridge, lie-ins... fabulous! Have some trepidation about getting back on the road for Cambodia in a few days... rucksacks, mosquito nets, malaria tablets!!!

Had a wander round KL centre yesterday which was really nice. The old colonial buildings around Merdeka Square were a real part of England, along with the mock-Tudor Royal Selangor Club house. Wandered through Little India, then took the monorail over to the stunning Petronas Towers! Huge!

Off out for a cooked breakfast now, then we're celebrating Australia Day round the pool this afternoon.
