Arrived in Hoi An after 20 hours on the bus from Hanoi. It is lovely here. A medieval type town on the banks of a river. We found a lovely hotel to chill out for a couple of days. The town has 200 plus tailors and we have taken advantage of a few of these whilst here. We spent $500 but that includes a wicked oil painting of Che Guevara which i had to have. We now have to get it back to the UK. Evenings have been spent eating fresh seafood by the river which has been really nice. We managed to get to the nearby beach one day (our first real beach since coming away).
