Only a quick entry. Rainbow Beach and Dingos hostel was our launching point to Fraser Island. We chose it because its only a 7minute barge ride to Fraser compared to 40minutes from Hervey Bay. Not really much to tell. Beach was nice, but it was so windy you'd be covered in sand within 5 minutes of lying down.
