I managed to get hold of 3 tickets to watch Australia Vs England O.D.I at the Sydney cricket ground better known as the SCG. We decided after a monster hangover and a busy Australia Day that we needed a change in scenery for a few days and picked 3 days 'holiday' in the Blue Mountains. Checked into "Flying Fox' hostel and decided to go exploring straight away. We had a 3 day pass on the hopon hopoff bus so jumped straight on. Got off at the Katoomba Cascades and started our walk in the Jamison Valley. Saw some beautiful views across the valley and some nice waterfalls....

Finally in Sydney and what a great place it is!!! Staying in Kings Cross which is a bit colourful to say the least, strip bars, prostitutes etc but it was cheaper than staying in the city and we are on quite a quiet street. Arrived around 4pm in afternoon after 4 hour coach journey from Coffs Harbour. It was a quick visit we were leaving early in 2days so only really 1 day to jam things in!!
