Tonight is our last night in this rather funky country, and what better way to mark the end of a cool holiday than by going to see one of your favourite bands live?

Going to see Rammstein happened pretty much by chance. A few months ago I was idly browsing t'internet (as is my wont) and saw that they were doing a tour of North America and Canada. I thought "Ooh, I wonder when..?" and had a quick look, then realised they'd be in Toronto on our last night there. I also found out that the venue wasn't far from our hotel, so on the day the tickets went on sale I scampered home from work as fast as I could to get on Ticketmaster so I could snag some.

Leaving work early and the cost was totally worth it. This will be my 4th Rammstein concert, and first outside of the UK. Hooraaaay. I think it was a nice way to round off the trip, and I'm sure my ears will still be buzzing when we board the aeroplane home tomorrow. Which probably won't be too great when it takes off but... never mind :)
