So.... We got up, had brekky, came back, rested, went back up and had lunch. Came back and rested. Tom went for a bike ride, then a swim. My left leg still hurts from getting in and out of the safari truck last night. The staff are really interesting, so many nationalities! We've come across people from England, Scotland, Germany, France, New Zealand and USA, as well as Aussies. One girl came from Bathurst property, and one guy came from Portland! He was telling us that over 50% of the staff came from the local area - particularly maintenance, cleaning etc. We've met guests from Amsterdam and New York, as well as Sydney. We went up early for dinner - we had drinks to watch the sunset with, and then cheese tasting in the special cooled wine and cheese room. This was followed by a lovely dinner.
