Colleen & Tom's Explorations
This morning we had breakfast in the dining room. I had my heart set on raisin bran, but there were no containers of it, so our waiter went and found me a box! We called in at the pursers office to find out about exchanging money and debarkation in Singapore. We then returned to the cabin and then Tom went off to the captains talk, which he enjoyed. I stayed in the cabin and had a nap - I seem to be fighting something. As the time approached 12 we made our way up to Johnny Rockets, an American diner themed eatery where we had to pay an extra $6.95 for lunch, and met up with Christine and Peter Beattie, Bridget's mother and step-father. It was a very upbeat sort of place, and when certain songs came on the staff would stop what they were doing and dance. It was very noisy too, but full. We had to wait quite a while to get a booth. We spent the rest of the afternoon reading and napping before preparing for formal dinner tonight - our final one.
