After 30 odd hours travelling we arrive in Bangkok.

We get a taxi form the airport the drivers are maniacs!

Our hotel is great (7 quid a night) so we booked another few nights.

Just been around Khao San Road so far. Crazy place, smelly too.

In a bar in the first night and we were invaded with a swarm of giant cockroaches! They were everywhere on the walls on the floor and on my back. All the girls in the bar freaked out the craic was ninety.

The heat over here is fierce but there was a serious downpour last night when we were going home. It was the most refreshing thing ever I just stood out in it and got soaked!
