Hi Everyone- I have had a great week. Went to see Fame on Friday Night. Second Row Center of the first Balcony for only £12.50, I love student rush tickets :-) The show was great but made me a little homesick for the states. After the show, it felt like we were going to exit the theatre into Times Square, and not Covent Garden, with the fairly good american accents and the New York setting of the show. It was hillarious when they ended the show by driving a yellow cab out on stage. Definatly a tourist show, but good none the less. As some of you may know, last night was Cotillion at Colby, and as us Theatre Girls were upset that we were missing it, we had our own fancy dinner party to make up for it in my flat. It was really fun with candles and we got all dressed up, then went out to a pub afterward. I don't think I have eaten that much in a long time. I leave in less than a week for Cyprus which will be so amazing. If you have any requests for linen or silver jewlery get them in before I leave.
