Brrrr!!! It´s cold down here! We´re in Chilean Patagonia, visiting the beautiful Torres del Paine national park (in the photo) with its glaciers, mountains and abundant wildlife. (Not to mention the 100mph winds - and no, we didn´t have curry last night...)

We´re heading off on a 5 day cruise on Saturday to celebrate Julien´s 30th birthday. Getting excited at the thoughts of a bit of luxury and not having to make any decisions for 5 days, and also looking forward to sampling the Chilean wines at the free bar! We´re going all the way down to Cape Horn, so we´re hoping for calm seas, as there´s only a 70% chance that we´ll make it ashore.

Assuming we get to Ushuaia safely, we´ll be back in touch from 25th September.
