Just arrived in Mendoza, muy cansados after an overnight bus ride from Buenos Aires where we had a really good time. Hoping to do some wine-tasting here and get out into the countyside a bit if it stays nice and sunny.

Hello from Buenos Aires, home to tango and the biggest steaks we`ve ever seen! Julien is still to be defeated, but he`s had to waddle back to the hotel a few times for a siesta. We`ve loved exploring the different areas of the city, all of which have their own distinctive character. Hello from Argentina, the penultimate country of our tour. We celebrated Julien´s birthday in style last week, starting the day in a nice hotel room, with a jacuzzi bigger than our whole bathroom in Cambridge! Then we set sail from Punta Arenas on our cruise to Cape Horn just before dinner. The whole ship sang Happy Birthday to him and we all shared his rather large birthday cake. It was a lovely day and a great cruise.
