Was a changeover day for almost everyone else on cruise. So morning a bit unimpressive as we had to go to airport. On way we went to a turtle reserve and walked through a lava tube which was ok.

Same sort of blue rinse brigade joined cruise, but they're mostly Aussies this time instead of yanks.

Jen got caught on the legs yday by a stinger and her legs have HIV all over them. It's gross - they're these hard red lump things about the size of golf balls and there's about a hundred of them. It's disgusting. She tried pulling moves on me and I was all like "no f***ing way man. And if they don't end up disappearing I'm gonna find a new girlfriend". I spoke with others on the boat about it and they agree - I can't be seen around someone who looks like that.

Seen today: Santa Cruz turtles - two of whom were having fairly filthy sex with each other actually. The bloke was basically squashing the chick's head into the mud while on top and letting out these guttural sighs with each thrust, which happened about once a minute); loads of sea lions again and marine iguanas.
