Trains, Planes and Automobiles... (and not nessesarily in that order!)

Yesterday was mostly spend travelling, firstly a 3 hour plane trip from Macau to Bangkok, then a 1 hour bus journey to the train station, then a 14 hour train journey to Nong Khai. The train was wicked though, everything folded out to make bunkbeds. I had a top bunk, and funnily enough, its the best night sleep ive had so far this trip! There was even a thai lady serving cold beer, what more could you want!

I think the first words I said when I arrived at my hotel were 'this place is f*****g awsome!' this is what its all bout! I think the city life is beyond me, this is more what I came for, its so relaxing and out here..

I was only going to spend one night here as a transit point to get into Laos, but now im staying 2 nights. You can hire bikes, so will take one out tomorrow and do some exploring.
