Hello all! We have made it to Ho Kham. Our home for the next 3 weeks. It was our first day teaching yesterday and it was fantasitic! Such a buzz! im teaching the secondary kids, Rik is teaching the Primary's! The kids are as beautiful as the school itself! Helloo again... Its 6:42pm and i have just had a shower. Another beautiful day in Nong Kai. Today we spent the day in TESCO. For all the Aussies TESCO is an enormous store which sells everything!! Rach, Katie and I went shopping for our cheese and wine night, however it turned into a day playing around TESCO as for some odd reason you cannot buy alcohol inbetween 2 and 5 pm... so we ate up a storm in starbucks and claimed the couches for a few hours. Its amazing...

Hey all!! Just sat down to another amazing meal.. we love it here. we arrived yesterday after an overnight train trip from Bangkok.. Found out once seated on the train we got majorly ripped off by V! however it was our first good sleep. We recommend catching the night trains. It leaves at 8pm and arrived at Nong Kai at 9am. compfy beds for $12 per person.. it took ten hours to get here to Nong Kai and we drank Chang (thai beer) and played cards.. Then slept.. oh...

What an adventure... We arrived this morning into Bangkok at 1am... caught a taxi to our hostel... seriously we were ready to get out of there. The taxi turned down this dodgey street and was lost.. we had the number of our hostel which the cabby rang and told us it didn't exist!! there was drunk gangs roaming around and we wanted to go back to the faithful Indra regent.
