What an adventure... We arrived this morning into Bangkok at 1am... caught a taxi to our hostel... seriously we were ready to get out of there. The taxi turned down this dodgey street and was lost.. we had the number of our hostel which the cabby rang and told us it didn't exist!! there was drunk gangs roaming around and we wanted to go back to the faithful Indra regent. Anyway the cabby eventually got onto them and he weaved his way through these little alley ways until we saw a massive group of boys drinking.. anyway long story short it wasnt as bad as we thought.. we woke up from our double matrice on the floor to the cutest little hostel bustling with backpackers. Its right on the river with a gorgeous view.. not bad for $13 a night.

We met these beautiful people, Alex and Steph who are travelling seperatly but have paired up to tackle Bangkok. They showed us around and helped us get our barings.. and took us to an amazing breaky place and took us to where the locals get there massages.. Hopefully we will meet up with steph in laos :)

So rikki and i have booked our train ticket up to Nong Kai.. we leave tonight at 8! Hours slept on this trip = 4

Breaky this morniing was at Ricky's where i had an amazing mexian omlette and jam toast for $2.10.
