Wee took aan overnight bus from Penang to Kuala Besut (which is the coast near the Perhenthian Islands) arriving there about 0500, hung around for 2 hrs then got a speed boat to the island . The boat ride was really fun, i think we spent most of it in the air bouncing off waves! We got there took a 10 min walk to the other side of the island to a beach called long beac, found some accomodation and pretty much sunbathed the rest of the day. The followng day we thought we bettedo something wile we're here so we went on a snorkelling trip. Extremely good idea, i touched a turtle in the wild and saw c*** ess number of black tip reef sharks, biggest one being 1.5m long!

Thats pretty much for the Perhenthian islands, they're really small beautiful paradise islands with the best sea food bbqs in the world!!
