We have done nothing in Taupo but sleep and eat!

We had a snooze on a dock which was nice, then got food.

Mel has a padlock we;ve been using for our safes but anna and i decided to buy padlocks. Anna got a key one (which ironically Mel and I laughed at her for cos anna always loses keys) and I got a combination one to save stress.....

Fixing my padlock to a particular combination, i thought Id be clever and lock my bag shut to test it out... i spent the next hour and a half trying to crack the stupid code!

Very special moment for me. Anna and Mel were in fits.

I had to go to reception and explain what happened and ask if they had a padlock cutter... its okay the padlock is now in the bin.... snapped in half...

ermmm I had a nap from my strenuous exercises but I think anna and mel watched about a boy and had a hot choc. lol we've been busy in taupo like i said. We also went out for dinner (more food) and came back to the hostel cos they have cheap drinks. We managed to meet up with Will and Dom and their friend charlie again as they were in Taupo too which was nice.

slept in today, and we're going to catch a bus to napier in a bit. I liked Lake Taupo here. But I liked my granny activities too :)
