Back at class we sat first enjoying a cup of coffee while waiting for Jane before starting class. We revised some of the previous days positions before starting new work. The positions were not that difficult for us to catch on to, but its possible that a few days of practice speeds up the learning process. For lunch we headed out to a restaurant, Leanne on Nid's Moped (motorcycle) and Jane offering me a lift. The restaurant only served vegetarian foods and although we didn't know the names of the foods they were divine. According to their Buddhist belief, they don't eat meat between one to three times a week.
For the second session we did some new work in the sitting position before we were required to practice the lower back pain positions on them while they judged us. This took at least 40 minutes after which we were shown the 16 pressure points on the back and given the face massage and pressure points to practice as homework.
We headed to 7/11 for our daily routine walk to stretch the muscles and buy water before heading back home for some reading. I headed to the nearest internet café to fax proof of the deposit to Image Collection before returning and continuing with the reading.
The evening we headed out to the market where we watched a performance of artists who had come together to celebrate Chiang Mai's birthday. The streets were filled with people who watched the dancing and listened to the singing or comedians. We strolled down the streets to find something to eat, returning to watch them before heading home for bed.
