Sooooo Jaipur super dusty town. Today we decided to congregate at around 9.30 to do a full on day. The group of us ventured to the top hits - the city palace being the first. A beautiful building with ornate intricate carvings and decoration based around two courtyards. After here we made a dashed visit around the jantar mantar in the burning midday sun. A beautiful collection of sculptures designed to do astronomical readings with amazing accuracy. A few of us then headed to raj mandir. The (second) largest cinema in india, to see 'dabaang'. Wow that was an experience!! Halfway through just after the interval the sound went dud and mayhem ensued within the massive cinema ( luckily we were up in the balcony!) it was an amazing sight. I'll post the video soon :) people started climbing onto the stage and jumping up and down in protest. Then suddenly a bollywood song burst out and they all started dancing. One awesome experience and a good film! We then went back to the hotel for a light dinner and chilled evening.
