Day 2 - Well both flights went well, the hotel is ok, very basic, we havent done too much exploring as yet, but we have done a lot of planning and booking for the next few stages of our trip in Thailand and Laos, so it feels like we have a good plan in place, with lots of exciting things to look forward too.

We did visit the golden mount today, which was lovely, there is also a massive festival on at the moment, to celebrate the King, so the streets are packed!

We have tried some street food... but we are working our way upto the deep fried scorpion!!

The weather is good... hot to say the least.

We both seem to feel quite tired so a few lazy days adjusting to it all is needed.

We have got a trip booked to the floating markets tomorrow.

So all in all day 1 in thailand has been good.
