Blog 100!

I've passed my CELTA course and am now back in Wells-next-the-Sea. Spring is sprung and thoughts are turning to my next job. Where will it be? Where and when will the next adventure begin? I've already applied for summer schools jobs in the UK and some positions on the Spanish mainland. I've updated and tailored my CV, as the old one still had some fairly irrelevant stuff on it.

It was a very intensive course, which was stressful at times. The honest criticism which I was subjected to has, i believe, helped me grow. I made some great friends - both fellow CELTA trainees and students. One of us was exactly half my age, another was three times her age - can you tell from the photo? And I think we all passed... i hope we did, anyway.

I thought our tutors were/are both excellent... and showed great patience at times, especially with me. I never thought I would be recommended for an uncoming vacancy for Norwich's new town crier!

So it's onwards and upwards into my new career.
