Started our day bright and early in Sydney, we were up and had breakfast and then cooked up some pasta for lunch at the airport. We then checked out and hopped in the shuttle bus to the airport to get our domestic flight, we chilled in the airport for a few hours and managed to finish GOT! We then went through security and got on our flight after 1h35 touched down in Brissy and got on another shuttle bus which dropped us at a wharf. Phoned Sophy and she told us to get on the city cat to Hawthorne, the city cat being this big river catamaran that is basically a local taxi! We hopped off at Hawthorne and a 10 min walk later we were at the house, checked into our room and got to know everyone! Sophy Jed and I then headed to the shop and got some food for the next few days. Cooked up dinner for the 4 of us and then chilled out with the hostel and played Monopoly card games, We then had a go with some 3D VR goggles on team fortress 2 - amazing! Played a bit of FIFA on Xbox1 after that and then called it a night, loving this place!
