We knew we had the overnight bus in the evening so couldn't really venture off out again on another mini tour like yesterday (wishes we could though!) so we checked out and put our bags in reception then went in search of some place with decent wifi so we could kill a couple hours, we found a cheap place with computers and milled about there for 2 hours, managed to let an episode of breaking bad stream and watched it, only about 3 more to go, so no spoilers please! We then popped into a little
Cafe for munch, it was run by this nice little old lady who welcomed us to stay even after we finished saying that having us there made the place look nicer (I assumed the rumours of Jeds older women tastes had reached Laos was all...) we chilled there for a couple hours and tucked into a mouth watering chocolate brownie whilst I finished the first Game of Thrones book, holy hell, what a read and what an amazing last couple of chapters, definitely keen to start the second soon, loving my kindle, thanks ABN! Whilst waiting for the bus we met a Brazilian named Paulo and go chatting to him, he was a decent bloke and we exchanged stories, to our dismay when we got on the bus we were sharing a bed, not only a bed, a bed built to the size of locals, so about 5ft5in... Both off us just below 6ft this wasn't going to be. A comfortable nights sleep, anyway we both managed to catch doze off and waited for the bus to arrive in Vientiane!
