I ordered my Amtrak rail pass today and had to head to the rail station to pick it up. I jumped in a cab and asked the driver to take me to the Amtrak station. Since he was driving a taxi I kind of assumed that he knew where he was going, that was until he get out the tomtom. After driving all round the dodgiest areas of Miami at about a 100mph without him or the tomtom having a clue where we were going we eventually found the station in the middle of nowhere ...

So not as ruff today as I was yesterday thats for sure! Was on the city tour today around the art deco district of Miami and all of the stars homes on a tour boat. The boat was amazing, it was an old barge done up like a beach with palm trees and sand everywhere, oh and of course there was a bar! Ended up out on the pish again, this time with two guys from Oregon. Was even better than the first night but didn't get back in til 6am. Miami is absolutely wild a...

So I left the grey auld toon of Hawick this morning to jet out to Miami to meet up with all the other beautiful people... After being interrogated at immigration for about 15 minutes explaining why I'd be in the country for 2 months travelling they finally let me in. I walked out the front door of the airport and instantly started sweating like a fat bird in a chippy, it was feckin roastin! After arriving at the hostel I dumped my bags and headed straight back...
