We arrived in Fiji on 18th May 2008. As soon as we got off the plane the first thing that hit us was the heat and humidity we both quite enjoyed it as it was freezing in New Zealand and we couldn't wait to get to warmer climates!

We stayed on the mainland for a couple of nights so we could plan our trip to the Fiji Islands. Nadi was nice but we were itching to move onto one of the Islands.

The Island we chose was called Bounty Island, it's where they filmed Celebrity Love Island. Bounty Island was amazing, we stayed here for seven nights in a Bure right on the beach front so every night we would go to sleep listening to the waves. Our days on the island consisted of lazing about quite a lot, snorkelling, kayaking and sun bathing! We both absolutely loved this island. All the staff we were very friendly and welcomed us and it was nice just to chill out especially as we haven't got long left now on our trip.

Fiji overall was amazing and we would love to come back! Next stop Los Angeles!
